2021 National Roundtable on Women in Skilled Trades hosted by The Prosperity Project

The Prosperity Project brought together 23 individuals representing a range of organizations, associations, and institutions from across Canada to discuss the transformational change needed to address the lack of women in skilled trades. The Roundtable gave participants the opportunity to share their experiences and learnings in addressing the barriers women face when entering, remaining and progressing in the trades and to discuss how to work together to advocate, empower and support women in this industry. The Prosperity Project Founder Pamela Jeffery chaired the Roundtable.
